By purchasing from Alma Made, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final. Once an order is placed and processed, we do not offer refunds, order cancellations, or returns.

4. Shipping and Lost/Stolen Packages
We hand off all orders to third-party shipping carriers. Once a package is handed over to the carrier, Alma Made is no longer responsible or liable for it. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered. In the event of a shipping or delivery issue, you must contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim using your tracking number.

5. Limitation of Liability
In no case shall Alma Made, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of our service or any products procured using the service.
