This website is operated by Alma Made. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Alma Made. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Accuracy of Information

We do our best to ensure that all product descriptions, sizing guides, and pricing on our store are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).   

Returns, Refunds, and Size Exchanges

Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Returns and size exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item, provided items are returned in pristine, brand-new condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must provide tracking. Requests can be submitted to create@almamade.com or through our contact portal. All returned items are inspected upon arrival before a refund or exchange is processed; items failing inspection will be returned to the customer without a refund or exchange. Shipping and Lost/Stolen Packages

We hand off all orders to third-party shipping carriers. If you experience any issues with lost, stolen, or delayed packages after your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, please reach out to us at create@almamade.com or via our contact portal with your order number. While carrier transit issues may involve the shipping provider directly, our team will work with you to help identify a solution.

Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Alma Made, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of our service or any products procured using the service.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business is registered.
